Lots of support

International students at DMS IIT Delhi have support from a dedicated team at the University. The staff at IIT are there to help you the whole time—from when you first apply until you graduate.

The Students Association also provides a supportive environment and opportunities to make new friends.

IIT Delhi offers hostel accommodation to all International students. Every hostel in the institute gives an individual ample opportunity to develop many qualities.

In addition, each room is provided with a wireless internet connection. Inter-Hostel events are organized regularly, of which students are encouraged to be a part of. IIT Delhi also provides students with multiple occasions to indulge in various activities apart from studies.

The Students’ Activity Centre provides a number of facilities which includes a swimming pool, gymnasium hall, squash courts, seminar rooms, music rooms and other multipurpose rooms for reading and indoor games. The open air amphitheater is also an added amenity to the center.

The International Students’ Association also organizes social and cultural functions, trips to various places of interest in India and helps foreign students during their stay in IIT Delhi. A senior faculty member acts as the student advisor and can be contacted for guidance/advice both on academic and general issues.
