I did Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur (CPI 8.5 out of 10). I have mentored and advised more than 85 startups, incubated companies and MSMEs.
I started as a Consultant to SIBI-Innovation & Incubation Centre, IIT Kanpur where I advised incubated companies for more than 14 years.
I was the Founding Chief Executive Officer of the incubation Centre at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad.
I was also a consultant and part of the founding team at incubation center at Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT Delhi).
I have offered workshops at various institutes of excellence including IIT Guwahati, IIITDM Jabalpur, VNIT Nagpur, RGIPT Raebareli.

Managed an incubation project funded by NITI Ayog, wherein I had established Rural Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Laboratory. The laboratory had a Natural Plant Based Products Division wherein I had envisaged to productize essential oils into various products, including edible colors, organic dye, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, etc. I also imparted training programs to Self Help Groups and MSMEs to start their own ventures. I incubated more than 22 companies through the incubation center.
