Executive MBA programme

Pedagogy

The Department places heavy emphasis on experimential and process-oriented learning. The pedagogical tools include extensive use of Harvard case studies (HBS), simulation exercises, industry-oriented project work, eight weeks of summer projects, 3 weeks of Social Sector attachment and the like, to facilitate the same. The process – oriented learning is further enhanced by Global Field Study (GFS)[1], which students undertake for their projects. Besides honing up individual decision-making skills, enough emphasis is laid on developing team skills and value-focused decision making. Extensive research and consultancy have gained wide peer-level recognition back the teaching.

 

Admission Process

Admission process includes a written test, and interview. Weightage will be given to professional background in terms of work experience and higher performance in qualifying degree/diplomas.

Written test & Interview will be conducted at IIT Delhi.

Programme Structure:

  • Semester I 15 credits = Core Courses
  • Semester II 15 credits = Core Courses
  • Semester III 15 credits = Core Courses (4.5) + Electives (10.5)
  • Semester IV 9 credits = Electives (6) + MBA Project (3)

Classes are held from 6.15 PM onwards at IIT Delhi

Scholarships

  • 100% tuition fee waiver to the top ranked student[2]
  • 50% tuition fee waiver to second ranked student[2]
  • 25% tuition fee waiver to the third ranked student[2]

Ans- A minimum of 3 years of work experience as on the last date of registration.

Ques- Is paid internship during graduation is allowed?
